Communicating with content strategy

The web is a dynamic medium, and when it comes to writing for the web it’s easy to lose the big picture when you have all the little day-to-day decisions to make.

One thing that can get overlooked somewhat is what some call the ‘substance’ of Content Strategy: the practice of carrying a solid communications plan for the “stuff” or, the actual content. We’ve developed some strategy to think about this aspect of content – go ahead and have a read.
