Parade Re-Launches

January 14, 2009

Parade allows photographers and other creative professionals to create a slick portfolio site instantly

We are very excited to announce the re-launch of Parade, a product we’ve painstakingly developed for photographers and creative professionals that allows them to instantly get their portfolios online and easily manage their websites, anytime anywhere…so they can spend their time doing what they do best.

How did Parade come about, you ask? Some of (lift)‘s favorite projects over the years have been for clients in the creative professions – artists, photographers, designers and musicians. Collaborating with a client and exploring the process of how to showcase their diverse portfolio online in a way that allows their work to stand out, but still reflect their own taste and sense of style, is a challenge and a whole lot of fun. We love seeing the clients face when they see their work come to life online, and we love it even more when we see their business increase because of it.

Parade first launched almost two years ago (in February 2006) and since then, we’ve asked for feedback on our product. We’ve heard from users about features (what’s necessary and what’s not), pricing, our designs and more. We’ve listened and made some improvements for the better.

We’ve created and just re-launched a brand spankin’ new Parade that offers a simple, well-designed, search-engine friendly website with fast-loading images and an intuitive admin panel with the features you really need to get your portfolio online….quickly and easily. We’ve added new pricing plans, including a FREE trial to let you experiment for yourself before choosing the plan that’s right for you.

We’re excited about it. We hope you are too :)

More shameless self promotion

To cap off a year full of encouraging response to our work, we were ecstatic to find that our site was included as one of the Best sites of 2008 by “Abduzeedo.com”. This came as quite a surprise, but we couldn’t be more pleased to have been included with so many other inspirational designs.
