As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategies that increase our clients’ digital presence and supports marketing objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute results-driven social media strategies for multiple clients
- Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels
- Develop, implement and manage a client’s paid and organic social media strategy
- Review analytics and create reports on key metrics
- Work with designers and other team members to ensure content is engaging, informative and appealing
- Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Use Sprout to schedule, monitor and report on client social media accounts
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role with multi-client/channel management
- Experience building and managing paid and organic social campaigns
- Proven experience and expertise in social media strategy and management
- Experience developing compelling and engaging social media copy
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media best practices
- Basic understanding of SEO and web analytics
- Experience reporting on social media KPIs and using gained insights to inform ongoing social strategies
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent multitasking skills
