We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Coordinator to be a part of Lift’s new venture, Nimble.

Join our growing Nimble digital marketing team, powered by Lift Interactive, and apply your skills to clients across Western Canada. Nimble offers a smarter, carefree solution to digital marketing. The nimble approach helps clients to better understand their business and their customers, unleashing the best way to engage with their audience.

As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategies that increase our clients’ digital presence and supports marketing objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Execute results-driven social media strategies for multiple clients
  • Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels
  • Develop, implement and manage a client’s paid and organic social media strategy
  • Review analytics and create reports on key metrics
  • Work with designers and other team members to ensure content is engaging, informative and appealing
  • Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Use Sprout to schedule, monitor and report on client social media accounts

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role with multi-client/channel management
  • Experience building and managing paid and organic social campaigns
  • Proven experience and expertise in social media strategy and management
  • Experience developing compelling and engaging social media copy
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media best practices
  • Basic understanding of SEO and web analytics
  • Experience reporting on social media KPIs and using gained insights to inform ongoing social strategies
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
