Small space // big hearts. When we were approached by the owners of The Next Act, and Meat to partner with them on a new venture, we didn't need to hear what - we just said yes. After our first site-visit of the cute little spot on the corner of 104 and 83 ave, our eyes widened as pip was born.
The vision from co-owner Saylish Haas was clear; Pip was not to be a wine bar, but it would serve great wine. It wasn't going to be a cafe, but their beans would keep Whyte Ave caffeinated. There'd be a focus on brunch, but it's still going to have the right mood for evening cocktails.
